New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment. No questions asked.
You are eligible for a full refund if you are a first-time subscriber and submit your request within 14 days of your initial payment, or if the Extension has a defect we cannot resolve in reasonable time.
Refunds are generally not issued for renewal charges after 14 days, partial months, platform changes outside our control, or failure to cancel before renewal.
Email bjb1717@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request", including your Lemon Squeezy email and order number. We process requests within 3 business days; refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
Cancel anytime through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment details.
